Rental Terms

These terms apply to the car rental service between [işletme sahibinin adı soyadı] – Secret Rent a Car (Belek Mah. Atıf Zengin Cd. A11, 07506 Serik/Antalya, Türkiye) and the renter. The price, coverage and cancellation terms shown at booking are saved to your booking and do not change later.

1. Driver requirements • The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years. Some vehicle classes may require a higher age or longer licence period; this is shown on the vehicle page. • A valid driving licence and the original ID card or passport must be presented at pick-up. • The vehicle may only be driven by the driver(s) named in the agreement.

2. Rental period and return • Rental is charged in 24-hour periods. • Late return: up to 1 hour – 1/3 of the daily rate; up to 2 hours – 2/3; 3 hours or more – one full day. • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up; missing fuel is charged separately.

3. What is included • Comprehensive cover (vehicle damage cover, "kasko") and compulsory third-party insurance are included. • Damage caused by the renter's fault, driving under the influence or without a licence, misuse or breach of the agreement may not be covered and will be charged to the renter. • Fuel, baby/child seats, additional drivers, bridge/motorway tolls (HGS), traffic fines and parking fees are not included.

4. Deposit and payment • No deposit is taken. • A pre-authorisation up to the rental amount may be placed on the renter's credit card at pick-up and is released on return. • The payment method is shown in the booking summary.

5. Use of the vehicle • The vehicle may not be taken outside the Republic of Türkiye. • The vehicle may not be used for racing, towing, commercial carriage, off-road driving or any purpose other than normal rental use. • In case of an accident, damage or breakdown, call +90 541 548 16 31 immediately and obtain an accident report or police/gendarmerie report. The renter is responsible for repairs or actions taken without a report. • Traffic fines and tolls incurred during the rental are payable by the renter.

8. Disputes These terms are governed by Turkish law. As a consumer you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the statutory monetary limits, and otherwise to the Antalya Consumer Courts.
