Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Car rental • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before pick-up are free of charge; any payment is refunded in full. • For cancellations less than 48 hours before pick-up and for no-shows, the fee shown in your booking summary applies and the remaining amount is refunded. • The fee rate is saved to your booking at the time of booking and does not change later.

2. Transfers and chauffeur service Transfers and chauffeur services are provided on a quote basis. Once you accept a quote, its cancellation terms are stated in the quote; no charge arises before a quote is accepted.

3. Changes Send requests to change the date, time or vehicle via the Booking Centre or call +90 541 548 16 31. Changes depend on availability and any price difference.

4. Refund time Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit card) within 14 days at the latest; the time it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.
